Traditional Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga is about balancing the body and mind. 'Ha' represents the esoteric sun, and 'tha' the moon. The practice of Hatha yoga aims to join or balance these two energies. During the class, it involves a set of physical postures (yoga poses) and breathing techniques (pranayama).

Aerial Yoga
Aerial yoga consists of the same poses as a traditional yoga class. The main difference is that you swap a yoga mat for a silk hammock. The hammock is suspended from the ceiling and supports your body as you work through each flow.
Aerial yoga can be a great way to de-stress, build strength, increase flexibility, and enhance your mind-body connection. Lots of participants also say it can increase confidence and promote body positivity. Plus, it's super-fun.

Private Classes

Private class can be one on one or with a small group. Private yoga teacher designs a class specific to the needs of students. These private instructions give you the opportunity to experience a class designed to your body, your abilities and your goal. Private instruction lets you work on what makes sense for you at your own pace and at a time that is convenient for you.
